Ali Saribiyik from the university, who was taken to Istanbul park in the morning and released two days ago in order to solve the problem of accommodation, said that the explanations from the higher authorities caused the events and said, “We will not let this wear off. And he’s not allowed to intimidate her tonight. We are independent university students and we were on the streets that day for our accommodation.”
Ali Saribiyik, giving word to ANKA News, described what happened in detention as follows:
“Two days before being subjected to a detention. Completely arbitrary to this review. The process was “arbitrary and unlawful. Because the practice in the seventh at the beginning of the protest was in a daily life. We applied it on the same age-related and the second day. It will not be able to escape being polished while in custody. Before it was applied in a very crowded agile form, they were forcibly entered, reverse force was applied. Some of them were beaten. Handcuffs. was not removed until the under-eye procedures were completed. It was for a use purpose, it was not included in the scope of needs that bruised hands.
“WE WERE ON THE STREETS THAT DAY BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE A PLACE TO STAY”
We were two groups throughout the detention proceedings. You can never report closely. They transferred them by getting them on other buses that were minted, in safety and in production. They tried not to show us. So that we can’t hear from them and report them to our lawyers. A friend of ours was harassed. The pretentious thing about it is that we do not accept this illegal detention. It is not allowed to wear us out for this. And he’s not allowed to intimidate her tonight. We are free university students and we were on the streets that day for our accommodation.”
