New Fontvieille shopping center
Work has not yet started, but it will not be long: the building permit in 2021 has been approved. The project is huge and will give Fontvieille a modern touch. This was not given to just anyone since it was the Socri Reim group, author of Nice Etoile and Polygone Riviera, which won the tender.
The complete renovation of the shopping center provides for around 80 shops with a cinema with three or four screens, 40 apartments and 2,000 parking spaces. The whole overlooked by a garden on levels, a real green lung of 2000 trees designed by Massimiliano Fuksas and Jean Mus. Enough to improve air quality!
Delivery scheduled for 2027.
