Innsbruck: Third trick for over-80s

The city of Innsbruck has started a vaccination campaign for the third sting for those over 80 years of age. The vaccination starts on October 18th. It addresses all people who do not live in a residential or nursing home, but at home.
All Innsbruck residents who were born in 1941 or earlier will be informed by letter about the organization and implementation of the third vaccination from October 4th, the city announced on Wednesday.

8,200 residents of the state capital are affected. The vaccinations are to be carried out again in the Innsbruck trade fair. Around 350 people can be vaccinated there on weekdays, Mayor Georg Willi (Greens). In the residential and nursing homes of the Innsbruck social services already running and should be completed next week, added Vice Mayor Johannes Anzengruber (ÖVP).
The letter of understanding for everyone born in 1941 and older already contains a specific vaccination date, which can be postponed by telephone in the event of hindrance. The main vaccines available are Biontech / Pfizer and Moderna. The third stitches will be processed from October 18, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
