Arrest warrant for ex-star Mustafa Alin
The Hanover district court has issued an arrest warrant against the ex-GZSZ star and corona denier Mustafa Alin. He had skipped his trial. He is charged with several offenses.
The actor Mustafa Alin has received an arrest warrant from the Hanover District Court. The 43-year-old did not appear at a hearing without excuse at the end of September. Alin became known for his role as Mesut in the RTL series “Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten”. In 2017 he quit the soap.
Alin did not appear for a hearing at the Hanover District Court on September 23. As a spokesman for the court confirmed at the request of t-online, the actor is accused of several crimes there.
These include insults and threats as well as violations of the Art Copyright Act. Alin is said to have filmed a woman against her will and published the recordings on Instagram. First the “Neue Presse” reported.

In the current proceedings, Alin are accused of violating the Art Copyright Act. The defendant is said to have entered a hardware store last November without mouth and nose protection. An employee is said to have asked him to leave the market.
According to the indictment, he is said to have recorded the process – without the woman’s consent – and published the video on Instagram. In addition, Alin is said to have threatened the store manager with death after the war that had broken in.
The date has not yet been set for further proceedings against Mustafa Alin. Shortly before Christmas 2020, the actor is said to have publicly called for crimes on Instagram: The calls were directed at Angela Merkel and Jens Spahn as well as Jan Böhmermann. A penalty order in the matter has not become final.
Mustafa Alin’s Instagram profile was no longer available on Tuesday, his last post on Facebook was from the end of August. He had already been banned there several times.
Conspiracy Theory Videos
At the end of last year, the former soap actor was noticed as a corona denier: He had published video recordings on Instagram that he took in the Paracelsus Clinic in Langenhagen would have.
With the recordings, Alin wanted to prove the conspiracy theory that hospitals were not being used to full capacity in spite of the increased numbers of infectious and intensive care beds in winter. During the action, the actor also faked an injury. His then around 35,000 followers reacted with sometimes severe criticism.
As the “Neue Presse” reports on, Alin is also said to have insulted customs officials in his “Que Baba” snack bar in Wunstorf who wanted to check his catering operations. He also broadcast a live video on Instagram this fall. The restaurant is now closed.
