In many Russian regions, in the past few days, the authorities have returned restrictions related to the spread of coronavirus infection. So, in the Perm Territory, starting next week, it will be possible to visit cultural events only with QR codes – the head of the region Dmitry Makhonin announced this on Tuesday. The authorities also suspended the activities of the children’s playrooms and extended all measures until October 31. In particular, individuals over 60 are advised to self-isolate.

In Udmurtia, new restrictions have been introduced since September 29. “First, to prohibit the activities of food courts, with the exception of those isolated at train stations, airports, gas stations, as well as where catering services are provided using delivery services,” said Prime Minister Yaroslav Semyonov.

He explained that a catering company can operate in two ways: either when the halls are loaded up to 50%, or when they are fully loaded, but customers have vaccination certificates or negative coronavirus test results made no earlier than 72 hours in advance.
