The government has to face a wave of protest which now affects economic circles in addition to the people. How long will the government be able to hold out on its own against everyone?
The National Council of Shopping Centers is not deadlocked. According to him, the health pass is detrimental to overall attendance because of “total confusion in the minds of our fellow citizens”. The National Center asked for its removal on Tuesday.
The National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) estimated that “ a drop of a quarter in attendance in all shopping centers ”,“ not only (in) large metropolitan shopping centers subject to health pass control in which it reaches 30% to 40% but also (in) all centers in all regions ”.
The health pass is therefore a frontal attack on the French economy.
A suspension of the pass has been requested in Paris and a public must take place today at the administrative tribunal of Paris.
Courts suspended the health pass in several departments
In recent days the government has suffered several setbacks.
Following legal actions, the health pass was suspended in Yvelines then in Essonne, in the Haut-Rhin department and in Hauts-de-Seine. While the Courts have invalidated the health pass, the question then arises of the impartiality of the Council of State and the Constitutional Council vis-à-vis the law.
The hypermarket sector is not the only one to sharply criticize the government.
