The Kodály Philharmonic Debrecen is an economic company operating from January 1, 2022. In order to ensure a smooth transition, the company would be established on October 1, 2021. Its managing director is Dániel Somogyi-Tóth from October 1, 2021 to January 31, 2026, who would now (until December 31) perform his duties in a trusted legal relationship, without remuneration. The condition for the establishment of the new company is the provision of HUF 3 million in share capital, which is available in the 2021 budget of the local government.
The first members of the company’s Supervisory Board will be Szabolcs Komolay, Bence Szabó and László Türk for a fixed term of 5 years from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2026, who will perform their activities without remuneration.
