It is worth mentioning that behind the successful concept of the Em Sherif restaurant is Mireille Hayek, a woman who, without culinary education and previous experience in the gastronomy field, opened her first restaurant in Beirut, Lebanon, in 2011 and named it Em Sherif after her son, who today he is actively involved in a family business.
After just a few years, Em Shefir ranks among the 50 best restaurants in the world. Esquire Middle East ranked Em Sherif in Dubai among the top 30 restaurants.
What can you expect when visiting these restaurants? It is a standard menu of 30 courses, which is served in a combination of hot and cold mezz, grilled meats (beef, mutton, chicken) and various types of desserts and sweets.
