The number of new daily infections from Coronavirus decreases in Rome and Lazio. Today in Lazio on 6,948 molecular swabs and 10,355 antigenic swabs for a total of 17,303 swabs, 272 new positive cases are recorded, that is 34 fewer than yesterday. The cases in Rome are instead a quota 126.
In the last 24 hours there were also 6 deaths and 343 recovered. The number of hospitalized patients decreases, 392 against 396 yesterday, while the seriously ill: 58 patients in intensive care (+3). “The ratio between positives and swabs is 1.5%. Decrease in positive cases both on a daily and weekly basis thanks to the vaccination campaign”, explains the councilor for health Alessio D’Amato.

“In Lazio over 4.2 million citizens who have carried out the double dose of vaccine, over 87% of the adult population and 82% of the population aged 12 and over have completed the vaccination process.
