The Lisboa Hotel 1908 reopened in September, but until the end of it is raffling off a one-night stay at the hotel to make the hotel project better known to visitors who dine at its restaurant, between Tuesday and Thursday. At Infame, the hotel’s restaurant with a kitchen in charge of chef André Rebelo, from Tuesday to Thursday there is a draw for the stay, in which the customer only has to bring his/her suitcase and believe in luck. None of the dinners last days of the week, the lounge team will choose for the client several toothbrushes, among which there will be one awarded with the right to one night for two at the 1908 Lisboa Hotel.

In addition to the prize, visiting the restaurant should be part of your to-do list for the next month. Here you can taste some of the best dishes by chef André Rebelo, also responsible for Jangada, at You and The Sea at Ericeira. Try the Tuna Woodpecker (€9.5), the Duck Croquettes (€7), the Octopus with stew and feijoca puree (18€), or the Crab Rice and Tiger Prawns (19€). The chef wants his kitchen to focus more and more on local and seasonal products, a project he is developing in Ericeira, but which will also take place at Infame’s table.
