President Emmanuel Macron is expected in Lyon this Sunday. He should arrive around 8 p.m. at the prefecture. He will take part in the Diner des Grands Chef in the company of 300 other guests and most of the elected officials of the Lyon area.
Residents should therefore expect severe traffic and parking disruptions in the area from mid-afternoon. Part of the platforms in the 3rd arrondissement will notably be closed. The T1 tram line will also be counted between the Auditorium Part-Dieu and Hôtel de Région Montrochet stops.
