The Municipality of La Spezia has presented a preliminary market request, for the preparation of the new public tender of project funding public initiative in order to better define the subsequent stages of public evidence to identify projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the “Scuola materna di Via Firenze” property. The Municipality of La Spezia promotes this request for assets through which interested parties (individuals, associations, companies) will be able to present their proposals for use and redevelopment with the aim of enhancing the municipal.
This consultation is therefore in no way binding on the Municipality of La Spezia and the respondents will not accrue any option in the context of advantage or pre-emption of future assignments, nor will they be able to claim compensation of any kind, compensation, reimbursement or loss of earnings for any genre for any reason for the activity of drafting the proposals presented to the Municipality.
