Media Evolution srl is pleased to announce that, by virtue of a synergy agreement between the public and private sectors, both with the State Secretariat for Tourism, Post Offices, Cooperation and Expo of the Republic of San Marino, with either San Marino RTV, the Radio and television of the Republic of San Marino, a contest-festival called “A Voice for San Marino“. The purpose of the latter will be to identify a winner who will access theEurovision Song Contest 2022.

A Voice For San Marino, some info

The intent is to combine territoriality, the participation of new proposals and the presence of already established artists. Everything is in the name of musical quality and the ability of Voce for San Marino represents a springboard in the international music scene.

The Festival will see the participation of both competitors emerging, that of artists Great of the music industry. There will be no citizenship and choice participants in the interpretation of the piece for the competition.

From 13 to 19 December 2021 and from 5 to 11 January 2022 it will be launched in San Marino, at the Titano Theater, an academy for “emerging” artists registered for the competition. An academy that will also act as a preliminary casting. Instead, in the month of February 2022 the competition for “emerging” artists will end with the semifinals and the final. The latter will decide the name of the nine artists who, together with the greats selected (without any limit of nationality and language), will perform on February 19, 2022 in the final. The stage where a qualified jury will crown the winner.

For the Large category there will be no selections, but invited by Evolution of the media. The nine greats selected will be able to freely choose the piece to be interpreted at the Grand Final. The same will be able to do the competitors identified by the Final of the Emerging Category.

The Grand Final of the Festival will see nine Emerging artists and nine Grandmas compete with each other. A qualified jury will decide, on the basis of merits, freely and without any constraint, the Winning project of “A voice for San Marino”. This will be followed by the 2nd and 3rd place.
