Toulouse: at the Capitol, several elected officials change delegations

the essential
The Capitol reallocated several delegations following in particular the withdrawal of those of Philippe Perrin who indicated that he wanted to leave the majority.

Here are the elected officials affected by the changes in delegations to Toulouse city hall:

1. Cecile Dufraisse, deputy mayor, will henceforth be delegated to rivers, streams and canals (a delegation which reported to Françoise Ampoulange). It will keep its delegations to taxis, itinerant trade, fairgrounds, as well as the town hall of district 3.1 – Minimes, Barrière de Paris, Ponts-Jumeaux. But it is no longer in charge of the terraces and the occupation of the public domain.

2. Françoise Ampoulange, delegated municipal councilor, keeps her delegation to the animal in the city and receives that of the energy renovation of municipal buildings (which was until now received by Nicolas Misiak).

3. Christophe ALVES, delegated municipal councilor, will take care of the occupation of the public domain, including commercial terraces, kiosks, refreshments, the Christmas village and circuses. It retains community life, social centers, disability, the celebration of Republican baptisms and weddings in the absence of Christine Escoulan, as well as the district town hall 6.2 – Lardenne, Les Pradettes, Basso-Cambo;

4. Maxime Boyer will be responsible for traffic and parking, cycling and pedestrian paths, new forms of mobility and the development of a street code, relations with Toulouse Métropole concerning Toulouse roads and will retain its delegations for relations with the higher education as well as the district town hall 3.3 – Trois Cocus, Borderouge-Croix-Daurade, Paléficat-Grand Selve. He thus recovers the municipal delegations of Philippe Perrin.

At the Metropolis, it is Jean-Michel Lattes who will act as interim delegation for travel and new forms of mobility, including the policy in favor of cycling and active modes, the programming of green networks and cycle networks in addition to those included in the metropolitan road network, the traffic and parking police on inter-municipal roads outside urban areas and urban logistics. It obviously retains the coordination of public transport policies.

Finally, according to our information, Nicolas Misiak is tipped to succeed Philippe Perrin as president of Tisséo Voyageurs, the public transport authority.
