The story of the Snyder Cut by Justice League is a long one that we have reported about several times.
So here’s the short version: Director Zack Snyder had to die for personal reasons. Nobody was really happy with the end result, which is why DC fans kept asking for the version that Zack Snyder had planned on social media. It was previously known that this version would last four hours and appear on the streaming service HBO Max on March 18, 2021. Since this service does not yet exist in Switzerland, nobody knew exactly when we would see the new version. But now we finally have an answer.
As stated in a Warner Bros. press release, the Snyder Cut is made by Justice League also appear internationally on March 18, 2021. The exceptions are France, China and Japan, where there is no start date yet. It is not yet really clear how exactly the film WILL be released in this country, but the message says that the possibilities range from a premium video-on-demand release to a TV broadcast.
