Lost the “Russian trace”: how the case of Russian interference in the elections is falling apart in the USA
The most real sensation was the news that came from the United States – there, finally, MINI, who is one of the loudest political fakes of recent years about the “trail” in the US elections in 2016. Democratic attorney Michael Sussman has been charged with perjury. Then he worked at the headquarters of Hillary Clinton, and, as the investigation believes, to help his candidate, he launched a duck about Donald Trump’s connection with Russia.
If the results of the Rushagate investigation had been published a year earlier, Trump might have been the owner of the Oval Office in the White House today. In America, they publish sensational details about how the 2016 elections were arranged. The dirty campaign was waged by the Democratic headquarters led by Hillary Clinton. The Wall Street Journal debunks the myth of Russian hacker interference and Moscow’s support for Trump.
“The indictment of the special prosecutor is replete with new details, which indicate that the story of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election was fabricated and hyped by the campaign headquarters of Hillary Clinton,” the newspaper writes.
Or rather, not even the entire headquarters. This is a figment of the imagination of one person – lawyer Michael Sassaman, who worked for the Democrats, but forgot to tell the FBI, where he came shortly before voting with a compromise on Trump. It was he who said that Trump’s business in the United States is associated with one of the Russian banks, and the computers of this bank are constantly exchanging traffic with the servers of the Republican Party in the United States.
“According to internal documents of his employer, Sussman’s meeting with the FBI was paid for with funds from the Clinton campaign headquarters. According to Sussman himself, this is just a bureaucratic inaccuracy and in fact he represents only a certain “cybersecurity specialist” who has nothing to do with the Clinton campaign, as mentioned in his conversation with an FBI lawyer, “explains Jessica Levinson, professor of jurisprudence at Loyola Marymount.
However, if he hid his work for Clinton Sussman from the FBI, then he did not hesitate to advertise his political predilections: in the fall of 2016, he said in an interview that Russian hackers were involved in Trump’s information support.
“We know they are pretty cunning. And this is their daily work. All the activity that we see takes place from 9 am to 5 pm Moscow time, ”he said.
The charges are very serious, special prosecutor John Durham was brought in to investigate all the circumstances. But instead of confirming Sassman’s words, he found that the whole story was just information stuff. The investigation resulted in a 27-page indictment filed by the prosecutor against Sassman. The document is published by American publications. It details how Sassaman got the attention of the FBI. The information was allegedly transmitted by an anonymous source, trustworthy.
“The accusations against the Russian bank came from an unidentified chief executive of a large technology company, who, according to one of his emails, will receive” a high position in the field of cybersecurity in the future administration of Hillary Clinton. ” He was secretly informed about the alleged Internet traffic between the Russian ATM and Trump’s mail domain and warned Mr. Sassman about this, ”the accusation notes.
According to lawyer and former prosecutor Jim Trust, the document describes not just a case of abuse of political intelligence, but a real factory of the subject of investigation.
“This stuffing created a vicious circle – the FBI was able to verify the information, and the same people who passed this data to the secret service were able to say on TV that this is probably true, because the case is being investigated by the FBI,” he explains.
Russian-American relations have suffered the most from this stuffing. The outgoing Barack Obama expelled one of his last decisions from Russian diplomats, banned the embassy from using two buildings, and Congress adopted a package of sanctions. This did not stop Trump from beating Clinton in the election, but it seriously overshadowed the entire presidential term. Perhaps the former first lady and secretary of state thus planted a time bomb, preventing Trump from reelecting.
“And all this was rigged by Mrs. Clinton, we collaborated with the FBI for a year and even a year and a half, and they only needed a headline in the New York Times:“ Donald Trump is being investigated for ties with Russia. ” Democrats are ready to use anything they like as a weapon against their political opponents, ”said the president’s son Eric Trump.
An indirect way can be called and arrested in the United States, Russian women Maria Butina in the summer of 2018. She was accused of conspiracy and working as a foreign agent.
“I expect that the investigation will be published objectively. And finally, an end will be put in the case of the “Russian trace”, because it did not exist, just as there was no super-secret activity of mine and, naturally, I was an ordinary student. I hope that this will be proven, and the publication gives me hope, but to be honest, knowing American justice, I think we have little chance, ”says Butina.
However, this is only the beginning of the story, perhaps the charges will be brought forward not only against the lawyer Sussman. And, for sure, the investigation and its results will be used by Donald Trump if he really decides to return to the White House during the next elections.
