Exclusive: Feri (Switzerland) appoints four board members
Feri (Switzerland) has appointed four members to the Board of Directors. There are also other changes in management, such as Citywire Switzerland has found out.
“We are very pleased to announce that Regula Hotz, Peter Wittich, Maurizio Genoni and Silvio Jagunic have joined the board of directors of Feri (Switzerland),” said the company, which is headed by President Antje Biber (pictured).
Hotz is CEO and owner of the mechanical engineering company Jakob Kowner. “She will enrich the board of directors with her profound business knowledge and network as well as her entrepreneurial perspective,” said Feri.
Wittich, a lawyer, has been with the Feri Group for four years and is replacing Christoph Glatzel, who has left the company, as the new CEO. Wittich will also be responsible for compliance.

According to the commercial register, Glatzel, Alla Pendak Sarbach, Manuel Bottinelli (Citywire-Rating A) and Hans Ulrich Kleiner leave the company. Glatzel was the deputy chairman and Pendak Sarbach was the head of the legal department.
Bottinelli is now portfolio manager at AMG Fonds, as can be read on the company’s website. He is the A rated manager of strategies according to Citywire’s database AMG Swiss Pearl Fund and AMG Substance Values Switzerland.
Glatzel now works as COO at EB Sustainable Investment Management. Citywire Switzerland was unable to confirm what the current roles of Pendak Sarbach and Kleiner are.
The new management of Feri Switzerland has been approved by Finma and entered in the relevant register this month.
