During the final evening of the “Una Voce Per San Marino” competition, scheduled for February 19, 2022, the artist who will represent the Republic of the Titan in the next edition of the singing festival will be chosen
Waiting to know which Italian city – between Milan, Turin, Bologna, Rimini and Pesaro – it will host Eurovision Song Contest 2022 San Marino turns on the engines to identify the artist who will represent the Republic of the Titan during the next edition of the singing competition. The final choice will go through a contest-festival, “A Voice for San Marino”, which will see the participation of both competitors and artists already known in the music sector, without citizenship and choice of language in the interpretation of the piece presented for the competition.
Starting from 13 December in San Marino, at the Titano Theater, an academy for emerging artists will be launched which will also act as a preliminary casting. Further selections will follow in February until the nine youngsters who, together with nine big names, will battle it out in the final scheduled for February 19, 2022. At the end of the evening a qualified jury will crown the winner or the winner who will compete for San Marino at Eurovision Song Contest 2022. The representative of the Republic of Titan at the 2021 edition of the Eurovision event was Senhit, an Italian-Eritrean singer born in Bologna, who performed on the stage of the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam together with the multi-platinum rapper Flo Rida on the notes of her song “Adrenalina” .
