Onet we wrote many times about the controversial decisions of the Krakow city council and the actions of the former vice-president, Elżbieta K. Two weeks ago, a former clerk was arrested by the CBA, the prosecutor’s office of the prosecutor’s office in Krakow in order to obtain a charge of persuading officials to rectify public allegations, obtain financial benefits and disclose classified information, and gain access to 10 years later information.
On September 10, the editorial staff of Onet sent inquiries to the press office of the city of Krakow. It concerns one place, changes in the records of officials delegated to the position, and links with the lack of a cash register. It turned out that the content was given to a person who would not be your property, who had the content achieved on the provision of the Elbieta K. service. That this happened, informed us that one of the people who concerned us with the problems.
On September 15, we informed about the function of data from the press office, among others: Monika Chylaszek, director of the social and spokesperson communication department of President Jacek Majchrowski and Maciej Grzyb, deputy director of the social communication department. We wanted to find out who has access to the office. We also asked what the procedures are and what steps are going to be chosen in this case.
The spokesman ignored our questions, so we sent a reminder of the questions on September 17th. In response, the spokesman of President Majchrowski described: it is not known about any data status. In order not to disturb, because we ourselves informed the activist about the data account. When asked, she changed her mind after a few moments and said that “there was no trace of data from the press office”.
The clerk who manages the press office did not reply to the question she had taken to check whether our action had actually taken place.
The spokeswoman continues to be a problem for several days when asked who has access to the press box and there are procedures for action in the event of data occurrence.

Meanwhile, in May, the press spokesman of President Jacek Majchrowski sent a letter to the editor-in-chief of Onet Bartosz Węglarczyk with a suggestion of dismissal from the concessionary reporter Onet.
