Accordingly, the Turk is said to have shot the 31-year-old in Cologne through the open passenger door of her car when she did not expect an attack. One day later, the defendant is said to have taken the victim’s body to Ochtendung in Rhineland-Palatinate in the car and burned it in a forest there. The police surely surprised the woman’s car later in Cologne. What motive the man might have had for the crime has not yet been conclusively clarified.
