A drama has happened north-west of Toulouse, Wednesday 22 September 2021.
A little after 12:30 p.m., a 60-year-old man according to the Haute-Garonne firefighters died, hit by a truck on the A 621, between the Sept-Deniers and Ancely interchanges.
He threw himself under the wheels of the truck
He quickly happened to jump from a bridge overlooking this road, according to a police source, when he was struck by a truck which, according to a witness at the scene, tried to avoid him.
The vehicles that followed are clear orders.
“We protected him while the help and the police arrived, unfortunately too late”, tells Toulouse news, a motorist who was there at the time of the incident.
