Theater “Russian Ballet” in its jubilee season will present to the audience the play “Cipollino” in Podolsk

The Moscow Regional State Academic Theater “Russian Ballet” on the stage of the Palace of Culture “October” in the city of Podolsk will present the play “Cipollino” on October 3 at 16:00, the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Moscow Region reports.
“The music for the production based on the fairy tale of the same name by Gianni Rodari was written by Karen Khachaturian, choreography by Henrikh Mayorov, edited by the artistic director of the Russian Ballet Theater, People’s Artist of the USSR Vyacheslav Gordeev,” the message says.
This performance, which the Russian Ballet Theater gave a new life in 2009, was not presented to the public for three years.
Laureates of international competitions Nina Koloskova, Nikita Mikhailov, Vladimir Mineev, Valeria and Yaroslav Sinitsin, and other artists will appear on the stage of the October Palace of Culture.
The ballet “Cipollino” enjoys the love of young spectators, and parents do not miss it either. In terms of the beauty and complexity of the choreography, this performance, sometimes called “children’s” Spartacus “, is an indisputable masterpiece of Russian classical art.
