Mordovia accepts a business mission from the Republic of Belarus
A business mission from the Republic worked in Saransk for several days Belarus. The representatives of Belarus included representatives of not only small and medium-sized businesses, but also large mechanical engineering. They came to Mordovia with serious intentions. Thus, one of the Belarusian companies is ready to act as a dealer of Mordovian exporting enterprises, the other is also ready to provide products of Mordovian enterprises in Belarus. Another company is interested in purchasing components, tools, equipment and cable products for their needs in Mordovia. A well-known enterprise, the Minsk Tractor Plant, will purchase components for tractors and agricultural machinery from Mordovian manufacturers. Tatiana Dubova, head of the foreign economic activity department of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was in charge.
“Economic cooperation between Mordovia and Belarus has not been interrupted since the Soviet era,” says Yuri Levashkin, director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova. – Under the new conditions, 16% of exports from modern Mordovia go to Belarus: our republic supplies there cable and lighting products, car-building products.

“For several days we got acquainted with the work of the enterprises of Mordovia,” continues Tatiana Yaroslavovna. – Each of our representatives learned something new and interesting for themselves. The two companies signed preliminary agreements – the intention to conclude contracts for the supply of Mordovian products to Belarus. So, we are interested in deliveries of your knitwear and measuring instruments to Belarus. We had the most favorable impression of the complex quality of Mordovian products.
