Edenred customers will benefit from the culinary offer and the practical ordering and delivery system in the future.
The cooperation with mjam is intended to reflect two priorities of Edenred: “On the one hand, we are meeting the demand for food orders and deliveries, which has increased again due to the corona pandemic,” said Monschein. According to mjam surveys, the order times could also have changed. Many employees would now have their lunch delivered directly to their home office or office and take advantage of mjam’s lunch menu. So Edenred and mjam would offer a range of services adapted to the new world of work.
Companies could subsidize their employees’ lunch with up to eight euros per day tax-free. Not only employers and employees would benefit from this. Because “A balanced lunch break has been proven to promote the well-being of employees in the workplace, their motivation and willingness to perform,” explains Monschein. At the same time, the local gastronomy is to be supported.
