The defense-industrial complex of Belarus and Kazakhstan will be used to build up capabilities to ensure the security of the CSTO borders against the background of the situation in Afghanistan, said Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, Tengrinews.kz reports with reference to RIA News.
