As Austria’s Chancellor Sebastian Kurz announced in an interview with the FUNKE newspapers, it will be a corona-like safe ski season in the Alpine country. Should the situation worsen, however, only vaccinated people would have access to après-ski bars. Those who have recovered would then also be excluded.
Both the vast majority of tourists and 70 percent of the over 12 year olds in Austria are vaccinated. In short: “In this respect, nothing stands in the way of a safe holiday in Austria.”
