“Love, freedom and democracy.” About 250 demonstrations – a striking number of Dutch people in the mixed bag – scanned the slogan on Saturday afternoon on the Mediaplein, where DPG Media, the publisher of Het Laatste Nieuws, among others, is located. They have all refused their corona vaccine. “But don’t call us anti-vaxxers. We are, however, against the experimental use of vaccines, as in our view is currently happening with the corona vaccine,” according to the organization.

The protesters especially want to expose the so-called “cheating by the mainstream media”. “The same experts are always brought forward in the media when it comes to corona,” said Lutgard, one of the protesters. “I am tired of that and I call on everyone to listen carefully to what those people are saying. Their explanations out of the contradictions. They tell. And we don’t have to accept that.”

Between the demonstrators on Saturday afternoon also a number of figures from the extreme right-wing environment. therefore give the local police an extra eye. No incidents happened.
