This is the third consecutive term that Edi Rama, the leader of the Socialist Party, is winning in Albania, a fact unprecedented for the Albanian data in the thirty years of the post-regime.
Unprecedented for the Albanian data is the fact that for the first time in the government the majority are women, who with two ministries cover two thirds of the government.
