In addition, her husband and I enjoyed an adventurous trip to Rwanda, Africa, where they observed wild mountain gorillas.
Max and I talked not only about travel experiences, but also about where we feel at home and there was also her happening Move with Teribear, which will have its original form again after a one-year break.
Tereza, are you glad that after a one-year break, a happening could have taken place in such a way?
Last year was unfortunately only virtually, but this year we will meet for at least one day, in Letná, on Thursday 16.9. We start at 10 am and this year not only on our own, but also on a bike. It is important that on our website and download the sports application Diet and then it counts every kilometer or terimeter – which is 1 kilometer of walking or running or 5 pounds on a bike. Twenty crowns will go to a good cause for every inch.
Did you have to reduce some plans due to the measures?
They had to, but everything bad is good for something. Thanks to its virtual form, our happening has spread throughout the country and around the world.
Has your approach to running changed, or are you still more of a walking friend?
I’m a friend of walking, but I’m looking forward to this year because I’m going to pull out my birthday bike, which is still shiny because I haven’t used it yet.
Will your famous friend arrive at Letná to support a good cause with movement?
It is certainly planned, but all those who participate and those we help together are important.
After how long a break did you return to the Czech Republic? And how long will you stay?
I had a holiday in Turkey and a birthday trip in Rwanda and I will definitely be here all September. The school started with children and I hope it lasts that way.
Is it still true that Prague is your base camp, or is it more of Turkey now?
So of course – Prague.
You spent a lot of time in Kaplankay during the pandemic. Has this place grown even more close to your heart?
It is my second home, which grew to my heart fifteen years ago, when I met Burak and as a family we went here to a small house without electricity. We spent our holidays here, in the middle of nature, before a seaside resort grew up here.
We have been returning to Turkey quite often lately, and it is strange how one has to be careful what one wishes for. When I stood at the top of the Sun Pyramid in Teotihuacan in 2019 and wished to spend more time with my family and live between Kaplankaya and Prague, I had no idea that it would come true for me so quickly.
Share a set of activities from your hotel resort on social networks. Seminars, exercises, visits by famous friends, gardening. Did we discover any new activity we found?
In October, we are preparing Harvest Kaplankaya, a series of inspiring lectures and workshops that take place over four days – a harvest of ideas from various fields such as longevity, health – body and soul, culture or brain neuroplasticity research. , to healthy relationships, ecology and more. I discovered new types of meditation during exercise and it’s four days when I find time for myself. ■
