It is the story of an announced chaos, of a galley without solution. In Giez, Talloires, Sevrier and above all in Annecy, four construction sites called upon to create a memorable mess from this Monday, September 6, 2021.
Annecy :
If this date of Monday, September 6, 2021 had been marked with a red marker by users of the RD 1508, it is because it marks the start of work on the Albert Lebrun bridge, above the Vassé canal, at the foot of Bonlieu and near Pâquier.
Ten months of work and only one passable lane per direction of traffic, this is what the destruction and reconstruction of the structure in the heart of the city of Annecy requires. The town of Annecy has also anticipated (by signs all along the RD 1508 from Doussard) since last June the major difficulties that should emerge from tomorrow Monday. For its part, the Greater Annecy agglomeration is launching its Annecy-Sevrier line at the best possible time (one bus per hour between 7:00 a.m. and 6:40 p.m. from Annecy station, between 6:40 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. from Sevrier) which will continue after the works.
Giez :
The same RD 1508 will be put into alternate circulation at Giez, between Faverges and Doussard. Roadway repair work between PR62 + 840 and PR63 + 809 will be carried out during the day, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from September 6 to 9.
Talloires :
Stopped before the summer to allow calm and safer traffic on the RD 909A, work to create the cycle path has resumed. Currently, we have observed two long alternations of circulation. The latter may also suffer from blackouts depending on the needs of the worksite according to the information highway 74 site.
Sevrier :
Water network works will be carried out on the RD1508 from PR48 + 700 to PR48 + 900. The axis will be put under alternating traffic for 1 night maximum over the period from September 13 to 22, 2021 inforoute 74. According to users, it is every night of the week from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for 2 weeks at from this Monday, September 6 in the evening.
