Ryanair adds another link in Prague, starting flights to Naples
In the winter flight schedule, Ryanair counts on 28 routes from Prague.
Competition on flights between Prague and Italian cities will intensify again. Ryanair will start flying to Naples, Italy in October.
The largest European airlines have started selling tickets today, the route will be operated by Malta Air from the Naples base. The start of the line was confirmed by the spokesperson of Prague Airport Kateřina Pavlíková. There are four years a week on offer: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, each day with a different departure time. Ticket prices start at CZK 1,500 for a return ticket; due to the market situation, a reduction can be expected.
Unexpectedly strong competition will arise in Prague for the connection to the third largest city in Italy: from September, easyJet (2-5 flights per week depending on the month) and Wizz Air (new route, two years per week) will be resumed on the same route.
Ryanair will also resume flights to Barcelona, Billund, Paris Beauvais and Manchester from the winter. In winter, it will offer connections from Prague to 28 destinations. Today, the carrier sent its latest addition to the fleet from London to Prague for the first time: the Boeing 737-8200. This is a 737 MAX aircraft in a version for 197 passengers.
