For sustainable and neighboring Prague Center for Architecture and Urban Planning (CAMP)
The historical core of Prague with an area of 866 hectares has been a part of the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List for 29 years. How was the care and center of the capital taken care of in Prague during that time? Are the opinions of experts sufficiently respected during the changes in Prague? What role does monument care play here? And what does this membership bring to Prague? A recent report by the UNESCO and ICOMOS monitoring missions fears pressure from private developers and the impact that the private sector may have on the conservation of Prague. We will discuss the relationship between Prague and UNESCO in the context of monument care and local needs in the next evening of the cycle For Sustainable and Neighborhood Prague, in which we address the issues of tourism, housing, participation and the overall transformation of the city.
The invitation to the discussion was accepted by:

Kristýna Drápalová / specialist in monument care, assistant to a long-term vacant member of the City Council m of Prague Hana Třeštíková
