The return of skateboarders. The City Hall of Prague 2 wants to return the statue to Folimanka

The complex will also include a playground with games and water features, an exercise area, a barbecue area, a pétanque court, a book stand, a snack bar, a barbecue and sports equipment rental (skating in winter) as public toilets. It will also be possible to organize smaller sports and cultural events within the complex. And the popular statue of a skateboarder will return there, which will be placed on a raised plinth.

The proposal also provides a solution for currently illogically located entrances to the park. As part of the construction, the current two main roads will be connected by a connecting road made of yellow asphalt, to which the individual architectural elements are connected and which, together with the yellow steel staircase, naturally fit the entire complex.

Another nebula in Folimanka Park has grown in Prague 2, fourteen more this year

Folimanka has changed its appearance throughout history. Originally, there was a large vineyard and orchard gardens. The transformation into a park took place in the 1970s. In 2007, the park underwent extensive reconstructions, when the modification of the eastern part of the park and the “patch” under the Nuselský Bridge with an area of ​​five thousand square meters was not resolved.
