My Chemical Romance will not return to Prague this year either
The concert return of My Chemical Romance was short-lived. Their comeback dates back to December 20, 2019, when they played in Los Angeles. From then on, they just wait until the situation is at its best enough to make it safe to hold concerts and festivals again. Originally, the European route was supposed to take place in the summer of 2020, but it is already clear that even an annual shift will not be enough. The formation thus decided to postpone the dates again, finally to 2022.
“We are very sad, but these emotions are only a fraction of all the feelings we have experienced in recent months watching all the loss and suffering. We want to be absolutely sure that we are all safe. We will return the entrance fee to everyone who will be interested. We are very sorry for this disappointment. We really can’t wait to see you all in 2022, “ stands in the statement of the musicians. Among the planned concerts was a Prague stop where the band was to go as part of the Prague Rocks festival. The two-day event was followed by Lucie, Lake Malawi and No Name. Unlike other cities, however, a new date of performance in the domestic metropolis has not yet been announced. According to the information, however, negotiations on the updated date are in full swing, so fans of My Chemical Romance will not come to our second concert.
