At the end of May, Turkish Airlines will launch a direct connection between Prague and the Turkish city of Antalya under the foot of AnadoluJet.

It offers flights between Prague and a popular resort on the Turkish part of the Mediterranean three times a week: on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The carrier has already started selling tickets, so far for not very popular prices around 800 euros for the return flight. However, it is probably more of a mistake in the reservation system, flights with a transfer in Istanbul are cheaper by default. The carrier will fly from Prague at 12:15, from Antalya at 9:10.

According to Prague Airport spokeswoman Kateřina Pavlíková, the carrier will confirm the plan for flights from Prague, deploying a Boeing 737-800. “This is another connection to Turkey, which passengers can use during the summer season, provided they meet all currently valid travel conditions,“Abbot Pavlíková. Smartwings and Sun Express also fly from Prague to Antalya.

AnadoluJet belongs to Turkish Airlines, it also flies under their license, but under a different brand. It operates a total of 80 different routes with a fleet of 36 aircraft.
