The Ministry of Transport and Czech Railways are preparing new direct trains from Prague to the Polish Baltic
Czech Railways expects a new connection from December next year.
New direct trains could run between Prague and Gdynia, Poland. The Czech and Polish Ministries of Transport are negotiating their introduction in the Prague – Wrocław section, and at the same time Czech Railways has announced a plan to start operations on this route.
Already last February, this plan was announced by the Minister of Transport Karel Havlíček, Czech Railways has already confirmed that it plans to start operations at the end of 2022.Negotiations with the Polish side are underway on the possibilities of leadership in the Prague-Wroclaw route.
