The repair of the underpass on Budjovick has been delayed, the people have been running temporarily

Sugar Mizzy July 7, 2020

After the tragic land of the Trojsk lvky magister in January 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture temporarily closed another concrete structure, which was in danger of being destroyed. Wanting an underpass at another entrance from the Budjovick metro station in Prague 4, which was visited by thousands of people every day, the wall later reopened, but the necessary reconstruction is still underway.

And the day when thousands of people will walk through dignified cities is postponed between the years 2021 and 2022.

Last November, Prague agreed with the owners of the adjoining building on the property site, which unblocked the road to repairs.

All parties agreed at the time that the only owner of the underpass and terrace terrace is the master, who will ensure a safe passage. Subsequent operation and gossip would then take care of other owners from the area, including the Dm bytov kultury (DBK) or esk spoitelna.

According to the latest public opinion, the master’s representative was to start by the end of 2019 and should be completely finished during the course of this year. Only the original restoration project will go from the time of the previous leadership of the master, its part was also developed for the contractor of the construction, the current coalition had it modified. And the repair of the new one then lasted until this spring.

The new project was created on the basis of the last agreement with all the entities concerned, including the need to develop a Prague City Council for the property of Jan Chabr (United for Prague / TOP 09). And compared to the original full, the scope of the work performed was to be reduced. The estimated value of the contract is now up to 40 million crowns, he adds.

In connection with this, the masters had to decide in recent weeks whether it would be able to meet the current project for the original selection of the construction company and complete it. Now it is clear that it will not work. The capital was thus forced to announce the entire competition again.

Reconstruction did not start due to the new harvest, which had to be announced with regard to changes in the technical design of the existing structure and the investment, explains Master Vt Hofman.

First of all, this is the biggest complication for restoring the subway as soon as possible. According to Hofman, the current schedule is due to the fact that construction should begin in the spring months of the fifth year. The repair and maintenance of the concrete structure will take about nine months. It would be done in such a case at the turn of 2021 and 2022.

He refused to run the neighboring DBK, which makes the company more complicated for more than two years. The main problem for them is the limited passage and the dignified environment. Of course, at two o’clock. I am disappointed that the master is still unable to start repairs, to the director of DBK Miroslav Velfl, with the fact that he gave the thresholds are unacceptable to them.

At the same time, he points out that the most important point was made, which was an agreement between Prague and very private owners from the surrounding buildings. We were able to agree on everything with the master, we provided the necessary approvals and a building permit was issued. This is not the first time or another that would arm the repairs, the director of the DBK wonders about the other problems.

No repairs since 1977

Due to the state of emergency and security, the city completely closed the passport on January 22 last year. And after another ten months, at least the ceiling had left the signposts that are still at the entrance to the subway, and the space was reopened to the public in a temporary regime.

The area near the Budjovick metro is the central point of Prague 4, which is the largest city in the metropolis with more than 130,000 inhabitants. The first year of closing one of the two entrances with a follow-up passport has been complicated and still complicates the lives of the locals, who pass through to the polyclinic, to a nearby office, to the town hall or to the neighboring department store.

The master originally carried out the planned construction to demolish, only demolition and the subsequent construction would be estimated at 100 million crowns. The city thus failed to negotiate a possible sale to the DBK shopping center. Finally, the parties reached an agreement that the city repairs the master.

The subway was built in 1977, but no one has kept it since the arrest. The building did not have an owner at first. Only in 2013 did the representatives of the City Hall of Prague 4 decide that the owner is the capital. The state of emergency has been known since 2010, when the arrest of the structure proved to be the main problem.
