“The new version of the application brings two main innovations: the first is the modification of the user interface, which moves the application towards greater clarity and intuitiveness of entering suggestions for improvement. The second novelty is the addition of the Office Evaluation function, which provides every citizen with the opportunity to react retrospectively to the functioning of offices falling under the City of Prague, ”describes the ICT Operator.
The city also plans to expand in the form of shortening the billing time of individual complaints and the inclusion of Change. In the My Prague application. It is gradually acquiring new functions, it can display shared wheels and cars, for example, and it benefits from the Prague data platform Golemio.
