SDP’s support has fallen, but at the forefront of Iltalehti’s and New Finland’s survey
The SDP is still Finland’s most supported party, according to a recent opinion poll commissioned by Iltalehti and New Finland.

In the opinion polls, the Left Alliance and the Basic Finns are moving in opposite directions, with the former rising to 9.0 per cent and the latter falling to 7.9 per cent.
About three-quarters (76.8%) of the 1,500 people interviewed were able and wanted to reveal which party would vote if the election were held today. The margin of error for the survey conducted by Tietoykkönen is +/- 2.5 percent.
